Ihr Alltag bei uns
  • Fachliche Anleitung und Steuerung der Housekeeping-Fremdfirma sowie des eigenen Public Cleaners inklusive Qualitätskontrolle
  • Kontinuierliche Qualitäts- und Zustandskontrolle der Gästezimmer, Flure sowie aller öffentlichen und nichtöffentlichen Bereiche (aktiver Zimmer-Check)
  • Durchführung von Sonderreinigungen und Deep Cleanings gemäß Hilton Standards
  • Tägliche Hausrundgänge zur Sicherstellung des ordnungsgemäßen Gebäude- und Außenanlagenzustands inklusive Kontrolle der gebäudetechnischen Anlagen (Heizung, Klima, Aufzüge, Elektronik)
  • Koordination, Betreuung und Überwachung externer Dienstleister und Auftragnehmer
  • Durchführung Reparatur-, Instandhaltungs- und Malerarbeiten
  • Unterstützung bei wöchentlichen Bestellungen
  • Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften

Unsere Wunschvorstellung
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
  • Erfahrung im Housekeeping Service
  • Berufserfahrung als Haustechniker, Hausmeister oder einer vergleichbaren Position vorzugsweise in der Hotellerie
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Gute Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse
  • Auge fürs Detail

Your daily business
  • Providing technical guidance and supervision to the external housekeeping company and our own public cleaners, including quality control
  • Continuous quality and condition checks of guest rooms, corridors, and all public and non-public areas (active room checks)
  • Carrying out special cleaning and deep cleaning in accordance with Hilton standards
  • Daily building inspections to ensure the proper condition of the building and outdoor facilities, including checking the building's technical systems (heating, air conditioning, elevators, electronics)
  • Coordination, support, and supervision of external service providers and contractors
  • Carrying out repair, maintenance, and painting work
  • Assistance with weekly orders
  • Compliance with legal hygiene and safety regulations

Our Expectation
  • Completed training or experience in a comparable position
  • Experience in housekeeping services
  • Professional experience as a building technician, caretaker, or in a comparable position, preferably in the hotel industry
  • Good technical understanding and manual dexterity
  • Good knowledge of German or English
  • Eye for detail
